How do I secure my date?

You’re looking to confirm! (Woo!)
Firstly, you’ll be sent an online contract which can be signed via any mobile device.
Once this has been completed, you’ll be invoiced a flat rate of £500.
Once the two have been completed, your date will be secure!

Do you accept Credit Cards/installments

Yes, and Yes!
Knowing you feel safe when processing your payment is vital for us, and we all know paying by credit card is an added layer of protection. We also accept cash/bank transfers.
Installments can be paid at any point with zero pressure.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer all NHS/Service personnel 20% off any wedding collection.

Throughout the year we offer promotional packages.

Do you offer refunds?

Sorry, the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment of your deposit secures my services for your chosen date, meaning we will turn away any and all work for your chosen date.

Do you sell albums & Prints?

Most definitely! I pride myself in selling high-quality, handmade albums <3
An album is a timeless asset to any family home, and I’ve always said “An image printed is a memory treasured!”. Please message directly for more information.

How long will our photos take?

October to March will take an average of 2/4 weeks.
April to September will take an average of 3/6 weeks.
Provided prior to your booking is a wedding contract where this information is in black and white, and I believe in communication and keeping you updated in the event of any potential delays.

How many images do we receive?

Contractually a minimum of 500. Average per 100-guest-wedding would receive 650-800 photos.

Do you charge for travel, and need accommodation?

If your wedding is hosted within the Essex borders, we do not require any travel costs.
If your wedding is hosted outside of these areas, a small fee may apply.
If your wedding is over a TWO-hour drive from postcode CO6 (North Colchester), A fee will be applied if the creators need to stay prior to the date of the wedding and/or the night of the wedding.

Can my guests take photos throughout the day?

Hell yes! We’re not old school and strict, we encourage guests to enjoy the day however they wish! <3

We recommend that guests do not take photos as you’re walking down the aisle, as this isn’t a moment we can recreate, it should be a moment for people to cherish, and let us take care of the photos. After that, they can snap till their heart’s content!

Do we get to meet you before?

Well, I’m obsessed with coffee and enjoy whisky so if meeting up for a drink works for you, or maybe you’d like a virtual consultation, I welcome your invitation to my office location where we can discuss your plans in full and iron out any pre-wedding nerves, I can showcase our wedding albums and wall art and talk all things weddings!

Do we need to provide you with a meal?

A meal is always appreciated throughout work, this would usually be provided to suppliers at the same time as your guests. If you’re looking to provide a meal, ask your venue as they’re usually subsidized.

Do you do payment plans?

We’re happy to help in any way we can. If that’s waiting until 30 days prior to your wedding to pay off your balance, or if monthly/quarterly installments are preferred, we provide you with the details and there is no pressure to pay off early. Receipts are provided after every payment.

What happens if we postpone/cancel our date?

As per your wedding photography contract, you’re provided with the contractual process of postponing or cancelling. If you’re postponing your date and we’re available for the new date, we’re happy to just move your booking. If your wedding is cancellated or moved to a date where I become unavailable, we’ll guide you through this process personally.

Do you visit the venue beforehand?

Unless it’s a wedding I haven’t shot at before, I generally wouldn’t visit a venue beforehand. I’d rather be honest, sometimes I do but that’s only if I meet the couple at the venue. Sometimes having not shot at a specific venue before really helps bring out the creativity on the day! We do, however, do lots of research if it’s a new venue, but again unless I’m meeting the venue at a couple, I wouldn’t usually tend to visit unless I needed to.
