Laura & Lee.
I had the pleasure of accompanying Laura & Lee for their special day.
The day started with a beautiful lay in, from my end, as Laura & Lee had penciled in their ceremony for 16:30, I'm normally used to 12:00 or 14:00 with early starts.
Anyway, this was my first time capturing a wedding at Channels, and the bridal prep room is beautiful. I would say spacious, but Laura was accompanied by Six Bridesmaids, Five Flower girls, One Brides-man, One emotional Mummy of the Bride, and One Beautiful Bride.
Once our Groom and his groomsmen arrived, I joined them for a short period of time to capture some detail shots and then headed back to the ladies.
With everything running on time and perfectly, Our bridal party was joined by a Gentleman playing the Bag-pipes, and they entered the Rustic barn to walk down the Aisle.
Laura & Lee had set out their wedding in such an amazing way, it was Seafront themed! I believe this could be where their first date was. Fairground games, Coconut throwing, Catching the fishes, A vintage sweetcart with lots of scrummy Creme eggs on haha, I loved it.
Before we knew it, The cutting of the Cake and First dance had arrived, and due to the weather getting so dark so early (Early April), I wasn't 100% Satisfied with the quantity of images I had captured of just the Bride & Groom, so I ask If I could whisk them off for some beautiful photos, and my god, we captured some truly beautiful images.
It was raining, I had several lights set up that were getting soaking wet, but I had a Bride & Groom very much in love, and I'm so happy with the final results.
Thank you Lee & Laura, not only for having me but for hosting a lovely day.
