Wedding Photography Captured at Red Brick Barn, Rochford.
Collette & Lee hosted a beautiful Wedding day at The Red Brick Barn, Sutton Road Venue.
My day consisted of roughly 10 hours of shooting, managing to capture both Bridal & Groom Prep, all the way through to a few songs after the first dance.
Collette & Lee where very laid back, which allowed me to get creative with my Photography.
The image you see below was indeed shot at the Venue, but I wanted this particular image to feel magical.
I paid for a Stock photo of a beautiful Sunlit wooden forest, and integrated that into the beautiful scene with in the image I captured.
My whole day ran very smoothly, with not many challenges.
My only issue I was faced with was a very low lit barn.
With Fairy-lights lighting up the ceiling, I was forced to whip out the external speed lights.
Attached to my wireless triggers, I had one Speed light set to 1/2 power on a Tri-pod at the rear, and a Speed light attached on my camera.
This provided more than enough backlight on my subjects and enough for the foreground.
During the ceremony, I was told no flash was allowed. My 24-70mm F2.8 & 70-200mm F2.8 Mark II, along with a slightly higher than usual ISO, I managed to capture the perfect images with absolutely no worries.
If you're a Bride & Groom looking to hire The Red Brick Barn, and have any questions, I'd be most willing to help.
